1.Determine sculpture details

2.Mold making

3.Prepare materials

4.Manual forging.

Any tangible solid object can be struck, and then the struck stainless steel plate is brought to the mold. By comparison, the shape is considered correct and can be fully connected to the model. 5.Sculpture molding: welding, grinding,painting
After correctly forging stainless steel sculptures, they should be welded together according to engineering requirements. In stainless steel polishing, the welding line and excess parts of the workpiece are first polished with a grinding wheel, and then the workpiece is polished with a soft wheel.
